Parent unlimited credits

A company placed under a parent becomes a subsidiary. Parents roll up their subsidiaries in a group dashboard (global → regional → subsidiary, up to three tiers). Subsidiaries can copy the parent's Tenable.io keys with one click.

This is a PARENT company. Deleting it will also permanently delete subsidiar(y/ies) beneath it and all of their data:

This purges all inventory, analyses, reports, users and data sources for the company (and any subsidiaries) and removes them from the list. This cannot be undone.

Configure any or all of the three. Each unidentified item can then be researched with whichever provider you choose. ChatGPT and Claude use live web search (paid API credit); LM Studio runs a local model at no per-call cost but answers from training data — review its results.

Ground answers with web search (don't rely on the model's training data)

When on, the portal searches the web for each item and the model must answer ONLY from those sources (and cite them). Requires a Web search provider configured below. Local models have no internet of their own, so this is how LM Studio uses live data.

Scheduled report emails

On each schedule, the portal runs a fresh analysis of the company's live/API data sources (Tenable.io, Tenable Pro, ServiceNow, Intune, Qualys, Rapid7 — uploaded files are skipped), refreshing the EOL reference data first if it's due and, when global auto-analysis is on, processing any newly-found unidentified software. Once everything is processed it emails the report (zipped HTML). Requires SMTP above. If a fresh run isn't possible (company idle, no live sources, out of credits), the run is skipped and superadmins are notified instead.
